I have three 2-bedroom/1-bathroom apartments available in Roxbury. Each unit has been recently renovated. Freshly painted and clean. Plank floors in living areas and tile in kitchen and bathroom - the 1st floor apartment has carpet in the bedrooms... and vinyl flooring everywhere else. Exposed brick on the 1st and 2nd floors. Stainless steel appliances. Large bedrooms with ample closet space. Laundrymat is 5 minutes walk. I will provide a Blink video doorbell for you (you will need your own internet to operate it!).

My neighborhood is a very diverse up and coming community. It is safe and I as a European female commuted by bus to NEU for years. The 15, 25 and 41 buses to the Red and Orange lines are 2-3 minutes walk. Plenty of street parking, but driveway parking is negotiable. Close to I-93 and the South Bay Center.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking (including marijuana). Utilities are not included (electric and gas heat and hot water) I am international student and LGBTQ friendly.
