Hello! I live in an old Victorian 3 family in JP. This is a third floor, mostly furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a VERY large room in addition to the 2 bedrooms, that can be used as a living room/study/yoga studio. The... kitchen is fully equipped (no dishwasher). There are 2 full size beds, a smart TV, and lots of windows. The layout is a bit quirky but there is total privacy of the 2 bedrooms. There is a separate entrance along the side of the house. Bikes can be stored in basement.
I live on the first floor, a lovely and quiet couple live on the second floor. I have lived here for more than 30 years, and it's a great neighborhood. It's important to me to have quiet tenants.
