Lush garden apartment

The apartment has been totally renovated and is a very private and quiet studio with a large private alcove and it's own entrance facing a lush garden in Brookline. The apartment is at garden level and is part of a historic brick townhouse. Right... around the corner is a grocery store, a Yoga studio, restaurants, dry cleaner, and a hair salon. The apartment is also minutes away from two Greenline subway stops. The apartment is walking distance to both the Longwood Medical Area and to Boston University.
The apartment has its own outdoor patio space. Parking is available for $200 a month right by the gate entrance. The apartment was recently renovated. The bathroom has a new granite floor, new sink and commode, and has a new tiled walk in shower with custom glass doors. The galley kitchen with a recessed ceiling, which is separated from the main studio has a new granite counter tops and backsplash, a new stove also with a new granite back splash, and new granite flooring. The main room of the studio has new flooring and a tall ceiling, and has one large closet. There is a large private alcove as well. The apartment has two large windows, an interior French stationary door facing an entry alcove, and its own entry with a glass paneled door. The windows all face a very lush and dense garden that provides nice privacy, even in winter. The apartment is reached through a enclosed garden and that garden has its own door. Heat, electricity, and water are all included.
