All our apartments are available for short or long-term leases (1/15/26-8/15/26), with a minimum requirement of 2 months and with priority to... longer lease tenants. They can be rented on room basis or in their entirety. Refer to the pricing / lease details below:

Furnished: mattress and bedframe; desk, chair desk lamp; dining table, dinning stools, sofa, living room chair, coffee table; drawer/wardrobe; basic cookware and silverware;

Apartment tours are conducted on rolling basis starting 1/5/26. They will be organized by partnered realtors or CFSI staff. To arrange an apartment tour please fill out our application first. Once reviewed, we will reach out to schedule an apartment tour!
