This is a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment in Dorchester. The room I am looking to sublet has a closet and balcony attached. Rent is $848 a month and utilities are separate. The other occupants in the house are students (1 from MCPHS and the others... from UMass Boston). The red line stop JFK/UMASS is a 10 minute walk, and the bus stop (busses 8 and 41) is a 3 min walk. Very quiet/walkable neighborhood, with a nearby family owned grocery store called The Dorchester, and restaurants like The Banshee and Pantry Pizza.
