Hi, I am a Northeastern PhD student looking for a female/non-binary/trans roommate. This is a bedroom in a 2b1b first floor apartment. We will share gas/electricity/internet fees (around 75 per month). Lease starts September, but you may sublet for... May-August. Move-in date flexible.
