Beautiful property near Arnold Arboretum & MBTA seeks housemate

Furnished room -- $700-a-month in attractive home
next to the beautiful Arnold Arboretum.
The home includes the living room dining room, kitchen and my bedroom on the 1st floor. Upstairs, there are 3 1/2 bedrooms and a full bath. The half bedroom and...
the guestroom closet can take a little storage.
I am looking for one more roommate (Female only –) to join myself and another woman in a very nice home in Roslindale, located on a safe and friendly tree lined street. We are a 5 minute walk from Roslindale center which has a commuter rail station and stores and banks.
As a person with a disability (MS), I consider myself very fortunate to have state and federal coverage to hire some very kind/competent aides to care for me. But I am also seeking roommates who can assist me minimally when helpers are not here. Small things like getting a blanket, changing the station on my TV, or helping me roll on my back and turn on the fan. I can pay 10-$20 for a small assist. If I need help in the middle of night that is another story and I would pay 30-$40. This is certainly not obligatory but would be a big relief. Paid work as my PCA (personal care attendant) may also be available if someone is interested. That pays $20 + an hour, and is usually an evening shift 5-8 PM.
I have had roommates and PCAs from colleges for 30 now and knowing them and sharing in their lives has been very wonderful. I stay in touch with many of them. I have always sought roommates who are easy-going, independent, politically progressive, and enjoy life. I keep a fairly organized house and ask roommates to keep the common areas clean and pitch in with taking out the trash, sweeping the kitchen floor, and shoveling out the front and back steps. I hire people to do the rest of the shoveling.
Cooking and grocery shopping are done individually, but I am open to picking up a few things at the store for each other or sharing food once in a while.
The house has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, sunny deck and backyard. Utilities (water, electricity, + heat) are included. I may ask you to pitch in up to $50 per month during the winter months if the costs are high.
The commuter rail into Boston is a very short walk from the house, and we are walking distance to Roslindale Square where you can catch a bus for a five minute ride into Forest Hills Station (Orange line). We are also on the #51 bus line between Cleveland Circle (BC-BU) and Forest Hills Station.
Please write to me with a little information about yourself -- your interests and what you are looking for/your timing for moving.
Thanks, -Liz
