THE HOUSE: Has a total of four bedrooms, two on one floor and two on the other floor. Each floor has a full bathroom, both. There is also a living... room and two spare rooms/additional dining rooms/study rooms. Kitchen is large and is fitted with a washer and a dryer, stove and other appliances. Front porch; rear deck, and updated plumbing, electrical and heating systems.

THE ROOM: Recently painted and updated. A medium size room, approx. 10 x 12 ft. Has hardwood floors; 2 large new windows; a large closet.

LOCATION: Beals Street – beautiful, historic part of Brookline. Approximate walking time to Longwood Medical area is 20 minutes. House is within minutes of Coolidge Corner/Beacon Street as well as BU, BC, T stops and supermarkets on Commonwealth Ave. Also not too far from MIT & Harvard. The area is very safe and pleasant.

RENT: $1,200 per month INCLUDING ALL UTILITIES (that is, including electricity, gas and heating costs)

CURRENT OCCUPANTS: 1 females (postdoc), 2 males (1 postdoc, 1 grad student). All very courteous, responsible, and keep clean/organized living spaces. House has four bedrooms – you will be the fourth roommate, sharing a bathrooom with the female roommate (who prefers to have a female roommate).

AVAILABLE DATE: Jan. 1, 2023 (flexible)

OTHER DETAILS: Last month's rent and security deposit NOT required. Very responsible and attentive landlord who lives just blocks away. Responsible long-term roommate preferred but no long-term lease required.
