Carol's HomeStay

My home is a four level queen victorian house. It has three apartments, seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, three kitchens and a complete basement. The outside of the house has three porches and two screened in decks. All rooms are moderate and up to... date in furniture, appliances, electrical and heating. All plumbing works with no problem unless the tenant creates it. I have a large garage that I use for storage and parking. Off street parking is available. There is plenty of parking in my neighborhood.

Female student or professional preferred. Your housekeeping should be satisfactory. Everyone living here has a nice personality is respectful and has a pleasant understanding. This house is a happy environment. We live peacefully.

The room has a full size bed with a closet, dresser, desk and chair, portable air conditioner, smart TV, WiFi/Internet, full mirror, hamper, linen and trash barrel.

The kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, potholders, dish towels and glassware.

No smoking. No cannabis. No candles. No pets. No space heater. No fighting.
