Fully Furnished Allston Sublet

This is a sublet for a furnished room available from September 20th to January 31st. The sublet is for one bedroom in a five-bedroom Allston townhouse (full house, not apartment-style units). Shorter stays are also available, so feel free to ask... about shorter time-frames than the full sublet length. If you need to move in or out mid-month, prorated rent is an option.

Rent is $900/month plus utilities. There is a security deposit of $350 which will be returned on move-out. Renewal is not an option.

In-person and video house tours are available, and a phone or in-person meeting will be required. Feel free to ask any questions you have.

- Fully furnished with all furniture seen in photos (twin-sized bed, dresser, bookshelves, desk, several tables, mini-fridge). All personal items (clothes, books, etc.) will be removed. The pictured bathroom is shared with one other person.
- Four other tenants, total of five. Household is mixed-gender. Other tenants are quiet people in their 20s.
- House comes fully furnished, including cookware and dishware. House has two living rooms, full kitchen, four bathrooms, study, enclosed porch, yard, laundry room, and spare storage. Dishwasher, garbage disposal and free in-unit washer & dryer also included.
- The house is a 3 minute walk from bus stops for the 66, 64, 57 and 501 routes, and a 7 minute walk from the Warren Street station on the Boston College Green Line. For commuter rail access, we are a 10 minute walk from the Boston Landing station servicing the Framingham/Worcester commuter rail line. There is a nearby BlueBike station, and for those with a car, we also have dedicated parking spots for the house.
- No utilities are included in the rent. Window A/C can be left installed. There is central heat with radiators in bedrooms and common areas.
- Feel free to ask for the address and about the possibility of a tour, or for more photos of the house. The full address is unlisted to avoid getting spam mail. The house is located on Cambridge Terrace in Allston at zip code 02134.
