Room comes furnished (bed, desk, bookshelf, mirror, lamp not pictured)... and is located on the third floor. Adjoining bathroom is shared with one other person. All tenants are mid-to-late 20s.

Rent is $1090/month plus utilities. Utilities total are usually ~$100-150 per month per person, but will increase with gas heat during the winter. No security deposit or broker's fee required, only first and last month's rent.

We are a 10 minute walk from the Boston Landing Commuter Rail station servicing the Framingham/Worcester line. We are also close to a BlueBike station. Easy transit to Harvard, Boston College, and Boston University.
- Dedicated street parking spots for the house, no permit required.
- No utilities are included in the rent. A window A/C unit is included. There is central heat with radiators in bedrooms and common areas.
