i have lived here for so many years, the condition of the property is deplorable, we had beautiful grass for years and years, now we have dirt. the removal of chairs from the back yard, where people could get fresh air and enjoy the outdoors is terrible. my husband reads outside every day, we take care of our area. the fact that it was allowed to reach this stage is awful. thank God my children are grown and gone from here. they had a wonderful childhood playing with friends outsside. now?... nothing....it is sad to see this my apartment is so old and no one will bother to even address it. i have asked, bathroom mirrors are awful. I could go on and on. it is sad that this has been allowed to happen

The walls were painted and it looked like the carpet was new, so the first impression was good. But once I turned on the bedroom AC, a lot of dirt started flying out nonstop. The kitchen cabinets were filthy, water-damaged, and sticky—same with the bathroom ones. If I had known it would be this dirty, I would’ve planned things differently.
