As of February 2026, we have been her for about six months and I’d say I’m okay with it. For the price point on rent, I’d expect more amenities, but honestly, they would probably put ridiculous restrictions on them. The gym needs an upgrade (hand soap in the bathrooms, the water filter changed, and broken equipment repaired or thrown away— I’ve seen stuff on Facebook marketplace in better condition). While I can understand not wanting parking spots to turn into free garage parking, there needs... to be 1) an increase in how many cars a family can have (at least 2 cars) and 2) a lot for visitors because it’s not cool that my family member got cussed at for asking someone to move out of her parking spot— could’ve been avoided with a spot for visitors.

When they plow they do a great job. Sanding and rock salting the walkways and sidewalks.
Plus in the Fall ?? they do a great job picking up the leaves and taking care of getting rid of them.

Staff try their best to ensure the resident is happy and to resolve issues. They have nice amenities such as gym and pool. Some issues are rodents and trash in the community.

i have tried to have patience but it is running thin I have complained about rodents in my kitchen for a while. I emptied my entire kitchen, washed cabinets down, and supposedly it was sprayed we left the house for 5 hours. little by lettle, they bugs came back. now it is disgusting. my stove is infested and it needs to be replaced. i come down and there are bugss on my counters. they are leaving the kitchen and i find them around I cannot stand this I have lived her for over 50 years... and have not had such a disgusting expeirience i have written many times, know they are over come with snow issues and tried to have patience but it is disgusting this needs attention now
