Summer Sublet near Fenway

This apartment is conveniently located near several colleges, including MCPHS, MASSART, Simmons, Emmanuel, Northeastern, and Wentworth, as well as major hospitals like Boston Children’s, Dana-Farber, and Brigham and Women’s. It’s within walking... distance of all, roughly a 15-minute walk to each. It is a great location if you have an internship or are just planning to stay for the summer! The apartment is in a great area, close to Star Market, Target, and a variety of food places. It is also a few blocks away from Fenway Park, which is great if you want to easily go over for a game!

The apartment is a two-bedroom split, meaning there are three full bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen, but no living room. One room is available for a summer sublet since I won’t be in Boston for the summer months after my spring semester ends.

If you're interested, please feel free to reach out with any questions, request pictures, or just to get to know me and my roommates! Also, if you have a different move-in date in mind, I’d be happy to discuss it and see if it works.
The price is $1,025 per month, which includes $1,000 for rent and $25 for electricity and internet.
