Overall the staff, especially Lilah has been great! The only thing that probably needs improvement is the amount of emails being sent, as documents can certainly get lost among the many many emails. I found the process to be much longer than any other apartment I've ever lived at. Can't wait to move in though, the building is beautiful and I'm super excited.

I’ve had an amazing experience at The Smith. The amenities are new and well maintained, and the street is much quieter compared to larger apartment complexes. The community feels more family-oriented, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It truly feels like a home within an apartment complex.
