I generally love this building, but the rising rent is too high, and the street parking is inaccessible at many times during the evening/night and the garage is overpriced.

I recently moved into the smith. it has been a wonderful experience so far - Lilah the leasing agent I worked with was exceptional and when I finally moved in the other leasing agents were, and continue to be very kind and helpful. There were a few maintenance things that needed to be addressed in my first couple days, and Remy and Mo fixed everything quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for an apt!
