Washington Sq

This is a very safe, clean, quiet, and amazing apartment located in Washington Square. The unit is on the second floor with no issues with pests or roaches, and it includes a balcony you can enjoy day and night. The location is extremely convenient,... just a 2-minute walk to the C-line and a 1-minute walk to the 65 bus with easy access to Longwood Medical and more. It’s also within a 5-minute walk to a supermarket and surrounded by restaurants, cafés, banks, a laundromat, barbershop, nail salon, and more. If you take the C-line just 3 stops, you’ll reach Coolidge Corner, where there’s another supermarket, Trader Joe’s, and plenty of shops and dining options. I am currently looking for 3 new roommates starting Fall 2026, with a move-in date of September 1, 2026 (earlier move-in is possible—just let me know). The bedrooms are priced based on size, with Bedroom 1 at $825, Bedroom 2 at $925, and Bedroom 3 at $1125. All rooms are spacious with large windows and great natural light, and the person who takes Bedroom 3 will also get an additional large bonus room that can be used as a personal office, art room, or chill space. Utilities are affordable, with heat and electricity typically ranging from $25–$50 per month and internet costing $10 per month. Preferably looking for female roommates, but open to discussing. The area is honestly amazing, and I would highly recommend living here! Also the apartment is so BIG i couldn't take pictures so please WATCH THE YOUTUBE VIDEO PROVIDED
