Lived here for 2 years and finally moving out to a luxury high-rise that's actually cheaper than what I paid here. Management never replies and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone who works here. Countless stolen packages with no support at all despite having security cameras that we're not allowed to access. For the exorbitant price, I had cockroaches, a broken laundry machine that don't get fixed for months, water leaking into my unit from upstairs, and DV spats from my neighbors. Spend... your money elsewhere.

Terrible, non-existent property management. Takes months to fix necessary things like a dishwasher or HVAC system. Basement has been broken into several times now. Going on 3 years of nonstop construction. No elevator, no in-unit wash/dryer - which makes the steep rent overpriced. You can get so much more for your time and dollar elsewhere.
