I love the community. It is so quiet. Everybody is pleasant. I love the people in the building. They’re very nice to everybody. I like the idea of the outdoor space that we have so we could cook out. I love that we have a grill. The rooftop is fantastic.

This is the nicest place to build community right in the heart of Central Sq, the most hype place to hang out, dine, drink, etc. in Cambridge.

It has been such a pleasant experience to live here in a place where everything is pretty accessible to our family needs. Market central buildings are very comfortable to live in.

Loving it here. Best apartments in cambridge. Great prices too. I love the events, facilities, and services here at watermark. Benefits are great as well.

Lots of noise in the apartment coming from upstairs unit. Otherwise it's a good apartment. Sometimes it takes time for work orders to get resolved.
