Excellent location, beautiful neighborhood, the staff is excellent and the maintenance is five star rating, always getting notification of what's going on in the building and that's awesome I'm glad I moved here

Overall, 80 Fawcett Street has been a nice community to live in. There have been some minor hiccups and one major incident, but the management team have been prompt to rectify issues.

I have loved the Atmark community so far. Everyone here has been so friendly. The building is quiet more often than not and there are plenty of community spaces available for use.
