That said, some areas of the property are more busy than others and we are happy to explore those locations with you and potentially work with you in transferring apartments. We understand renting sight unseen is a difficult decision which does not always allow for the nuances of each apartment location to be appreciated. Some may desire a more bright apartment and accept that more traffic may pass by their window. It really is a balance in finding out what is most important. Although we are pet friendly and love all our our community dogs, we do ask that all residents maintain a leash on their dog when outside of their apartment. Not all residents are comfortable with pets, no matter the size, and it can be very intimating when approached by an unleased dog. As a pet friendly community, we must also enforce the rules and regulations of the property. While residents enjoy a free parking space with their apartment, it is important that we monitor parkers who absorb resident parking. Stevens Towing provides this monitoring service to the community and the only way they can identify a residents vehicle is through the hang tag issued to resident at move it. When displayed, the driver of the tow truck understands that the vehicle is a residents vehicle. We hope you can appreciate the need for their service in maintaining available resident parking.
